Orders, Product & Packaging

Where are your products sourced from?
As a proud Canadian company, we like to contribute to the Canadian economy and the majority of the items are purchased from a local distributor.

I have an allergy and/or sensitivity, where can I find the ingredients for items in your boxes?
On each product page, we have an ingredient section listing the ingredients used in each item. With that said, these ingredient lists may be subject to change and you should follow up with your own research of the item to be on the safe side.

A box shows to be out of stock, how long will it be until it comes back in stock?
Our restocking time frames vary based on the availability of the items within the box. Please check back periodically to see if the box is back in stock.

Why are the items in my box different from what is shown online?
Some items vary based on availability and may change. Rest assured that the quality and value will always be the same.

Can I customize the ribbon with a phrase and color?
Absolutely! Please choose Custom Option from the Ribbon Option's drop-own list and fill out the Custom Phrase and Custom Ribbon Color areas.

Can you add my logo to my gift box?
Depending on the logo design,  it can be printed on the ribbon. To choose this option pick Custom Option from the ribbon option drop-down list then fill out the Custom Phrase and Custom Ribbon Color areas. You will then email your logo to giveaboxx@gmail.com and include your order number. Once reviewed we will get back to you!

Why do I have to pay extra for a custom ribbon phrase and color?
We want to get your orders to you ASAP, so we pre-made the boxes and ribbons to cut down on our processing time. Each custom ribbon takes additional time to set up on the printer and make, which is why we charge a little bit more. When you chose the Custom Option choice this fee is built into the price you see.

Can I customize my box with specific items?
We offer a concierge service to gifting so we absolutely can customize for personal or corporate gift giving. (Time frames will vary with this option) The boxes seen on the website are pre-made ahead of time to facilitate fast delivery, but based on the size of the order and availability of the requested items we may be able to create a customized box (additional fee may be applicable). Please email us with your inquiry and we'll see if we can create one for you.

Can I include a personalized note to go with my order?
Yes, you can by writing what you would like on the note in the Special Instructions for Purchase Order section located in your cart. If you don't write a personalized message a generic message will be written on the card based on your ribbon option.

Can you accommodate large volume orders?
Of course, that's what we specialize in! Please email us with any questions you have.

I received my order but it's damaged/defective/incorrect, what should I do?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear you received a damaged/defective/incorrect order but no worries we're here to fix is it right away! Please see our Returns & Exchanges page to find out resolve the problem.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Not through our current shipping program, at the current moment we only shipping within Canada. If you would like to ship out of Canada please send us a request and we can look into pricing for your gift.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No, please create separate orders for each shipping address.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use Canada Post as our shipping carrier with the exception of Same Day and Next Day Delivery. For those options we use a private carrier.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on shipping option. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

How do I find my tracking number?
Please log into your account and under Order History click on your order. Once the order has been fulfilled this page will be updated with your track number information.

I put the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?
If your order hasn't been shipped we can change it for you. Please contact us at (416) 921-8608 to see if your order has shipped and to change the address.

I didn't receive my order, where is it?
Oh no, we're sorry you didn't receive your order! If you didn't receive your package by the specified time please email us with the order number, date of purchase and customer name so we can find out where your package is.

My order says it's been delivered but I haven't received it, where is it?
If your package says it's been delivered and you've search for it and called the carrier but it's no where to be found, please email us. In your email please provide us with the order number, date of purchase, customer name and tracking number so we can find out where your package is .


Billing

What currency am I charged in?
All our prices are in Canadian dollars (CDN). All purchases and refunds are processed in Canadian dollars.

What is your refund policy?
We only offer refunds if your order was damaged, defective or incorrect (on our part) when you receive it and we don't have available stock to fulfill your order.

Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled if it hasn't been shipped. Please contact us at (416) 921-8608 to find out if your order has been shipped and to cancel it.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How do I write a review?
On each product page there is a review section where you can leave your feedback. Please fill out the form and click submit to send and save your review.

I'm a blogger and would like to review your service, how do I go about that?
To review our service for your blog, please email us to find out the process and to apply.


Account Questions

How do I change me account information (i.e. name, address, password)?
You can only change your address through your customer account. For all other information please email us your request to change your information.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
To have your password reset, please email us with your name and email address and we'll reset it for you. Once we've reset it an email will be sent to you with instructions on resetting your password.

Can I leave my credit card information on my account for future purchases?
Sorry we don't keep records of your credit card information for privacy and protection reasons.
